I’ve spent the last 24 years obsessed with how games are made. My career path—from Graphic Designer to Lead Producer—has taught me that while technology changes, the core of a great project is always collaboration.
I’ve had the privilege of leading art teams for nearly a decade and, more recently, overseeing entire development cycles involving programmers, architects, and marketing departments. I specialize in taking the “big picture” and breaking it down into actionable, transparent progress.

Bridging Creative Vision & Technical Execution
My career in the games industry is built on a foundation of structural design and technical leadership. With a Master of Engineering in Architecture from Wroclaw University of Technology, I bring a unique, methodical perspective to project management and team facilitation.
Since 2001, I have evolved from a 3D Artist to a Project Manager and Scrum Master, spending over a decade at Techland. There, I progressed from an Artist Team Leader to a Characters Producer, eventually managing complex graphical asset pipelines and international outsource contractors.
Most recently, at The Knights of Unity and Pixel Perfect Dude, I have specialized in agile work facilitation for full-stack development teams, overseeing the project lifecycle from risk estimation to client communication. In addition to my studio work, I was the Co-owner of Strato Minis Studio, where I managed the production of gaming miniatures, blending e-commerce control with hands-on 3D production.
